Dr. Jue Deng is a recipient of national-level young talent programs and a Young Scientist of the National Key R&D Program of China. His research focuses on polymeric biomaterials and medical devices, spanning materials science, biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, and information science. He received his B.S. degree from Sun Yat-sen University in 2013 and Ph.D. degree from Fudan University in 2018. He then conducted postdoctoral research in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at MIT and joined Fudan University in 2023. He has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers, including articles in Nature/Science family journals, Nature Communications, JACS, Angewandte Chemie, Advanced Materials, and ACS Nano. He has received support from major national and Shanghai research programs and several scientific awards.
